Reporting a game issue
Useful details include the page address, browser and device type, difficulty, scenario title or ID, the action you selected and the result you expected. Say whether the issue happened in the standalone game or the WordPress embed.
If a screenshot would help, remove personal details first. Never send real passwords, recovery codes, one-time codes, financial account access or a sensitive message from your own inbox. The game’s fictional case text is sufficient for an explanation query.
Requesting a correction
Identify the case or guide section, explain the factual issue, and provide a public primary source where available. For a disputed classification, describe which independently verified context makes the answer unclear.
Suggestions for future games are welcome. The current release provides Spot the Phishing; additional games are not listed as playable until they are actually available.
Try these checks first
- For a blank game, allow JavaScript and use the current public HTTPS address.
- For missing progress, check Remember progress and whether the same browser/origin is being used.
- For saved article status, allow time for a live refresh; the game can still use verified fallback publication links.
- For an unexpected score, compare the scoring rules with the evidence review shown after the case.
